School Tours: for Prospective Year R Parents and Carers
We would like to announce a series of school tours, for new Year R parents looking to enrol their child/ren for September 2021.
We know that the website is one way in which to view the school, however, we feel that it is important to allow new parents face to face time to ask questions and experience Broadwater Down in person.
Due to strict guidelines and risk assessments, the format of the tours will be as follows:
- Tours will be carried out separately by the Headteacher, Mrs Harris and Deputy Head, Mrs Double, after school hours.
- Each group will be limited to two families, consisting of a maximum of two adults per family. This will mean that in any group, the maximum number will be five.
- The tour will be outside. The Reception classroom and outdoor area will be open for parents/ carers to view.
The proposed dates and start times for the tours are as follows:
Monday 12th October 3:45pm and a second tour at 4:30pm
Wednesday 14th October 4:00pm and a second tour at 4:30pm
Wednesday 11th November 3:45pm and a second tour at 4:30pm (Postponed due to lockdown 2)
Thursday 12th November 3:45pm and a second tour at 4:30pm (Postponed due to lockdown 2)
Places need to be booked due to the limit on numbers in each group.
