Mindfulness has been clinically proven to aid and improve mental and physical wellbeing. Click on the links for advice on supporting children aged 5-7, 8-10, 11-12 and yourself to practice mindfulness.
Aimed at encouraging parents to spend quality time with their children and teenagers. They offer a range of tips on how to start a meaningful conversation and even ideas for activities you could do together.
