School Meals

Mid-day meals are freshly cooked on the premises by our cooks and are available for all children.  We encourage all children to have school lunches and pupils receive their first choice of school meal.

Caterlink is the company who provides our school lunches.

The price for a meal is currently £3.10. Payments for school lunches are made via ParentPay.

Menus are sent to parents via ParentMail or you can request a hard copy from the school office. Please find a sample menu below.

Free School Meals

You may be able to get free school meals for your child(ren). There is now a quick and easy online application system which enables you to apply direct to KCC – no need to go through the school office. Click on the link below for details:

http://www.kent.gov.uk/education-and-children/schools/free-school-meals

All pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for free school meals, irrespective of income.

If a parent opts to supply a packed lunch instead, it is important that the parent still fills in a form, if in receipt of Universal Credit.  This allows the school to access additional funding for the child's education and is therefore very important to maximise achievement and opportunity.  See the school office for more information.
