School Hours

Start of the day: The school gates open at 8.40 am

                                     Children are in classrooms and learning by 8.50 am

End of the school day: School finishes for all year groups at 3.15 pm

Hours: Weekly Provision is 32.5 hours

Attendance & sickness

Please report all sickness and absence either via email the school office on office@broadwater-down.kent.sch.uk or call  (01892 527588) between 8.00 AM and 4.00 PM.

Should you wish to request term-time absence, please complete a 'request for term-time absence' form and either scan and email it to  office@broadwater-down.kent.sch.uk
or pop it into the school office. Once your request has been received and processed, you will receive a signed copy in an envelope via your child's school bag or email. Please check back with us if you haven't received a copy back within 48 hours of handing your form in.
