The Broadwater Down Football Team have played in two matches recently. They showed great perseverance and courage in both games. Mr. Neill is really proud of the team; he said “We played two games in tough conditions and never stopped trying. We played some great football and were unlucky to lose both games. We did score one of the best goals ever seen, on a primary school football pitch – a volley from halfway that flew into the top corner. We have four more league games before April, and are looking forward to them immensely.”
