Broadwater Down is passionate about celebrating diversity in our school, community and country. We took this month to celebrate significant historical black musical artists and reflected on their contribution to our society.
In classes, we listened to a different black artist every week and wrote down our thoughts and feelings about the music.
In assembly we listened to a variety of different musicians and talked about the different styles, from rock to reggae.
