This week Year 6 were lucky enough to take part in lots of different activities.

On Monday they went to Go Ape at Leeds Castle, they took part in an outdoor escape room, which involved cracking codes and orienteering skills. Later on, they found themselves up in the trees, climbing ropes and zip lining. A lot of Year 6's found that our lessons on Growth Mindset helped them with their confidence, to challenge themselves to conquer fears of heights.

The next day we they to Urban Jump Trampoline Park, they spent several hours jumping, playing dodgeball, swinging on the assault course and having so much fun! Many of them persevered and learnt how to do flips.

Wednesday they had a great day at Forest School, whittling wood, making dens, cooking crumpets on a fire and enjoying the forest.

Thursday they took part in a game of bubble football, it was super fun, some of them were a bit nervous about knocking each other over, but by the end of the session, everyone had overcome that! They took part in the school Fun Run in the afternoon.

After an exhausting week, Friday was a nice relaxing day. Mrs Harris was kind enough to buy the Year 6's pizza, it was a very enjoyable week.
